Nivi

Nivi is a conversational AI health platform that connects health information with health action. Through WhatsApp and other messaging channels, its conversational agent, askNivi, guides users from an initial health question through personalized counselling and referral to a named provider, pharmacy, or product. It then follows up to understand whether the user accessed the recommended service. Nivi works with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare-provider networks to improve uptake and adherence to the products and services they offer, and provide insights that can be used to position and launch new health products and services. As of October 2026, Nivi has signed a global MSA with Merck - scaling its askNivi agent to three countries within three months and launching in two new countries in Southeast Asia. Overall, askNivi is currently live in six countries having engaged over 2.8M users in over 16.8M conversations on various health topics.
