Lily Lyman

Lily is the Managing Partner of Underscore VC, a Boston-based venture capital firm investing in bold founders at pre-seed and seed. She previously led growth at Facebook, where she launched products that drove 100M new users in four years. Earlier in her career she held strategy, operational, and entrepreneurial roles—including co-founding an agtech & CPG startup while at Stanford. Today, she serves on the boards of NEVCA, MIT Sandbox, and WBUR, leads the Boston All Raise chapter, and is an HBS Executive Fellow for the Founder Launch course. Lily holds degrees from Harvard and Stanford GSB.
