BOSTON (August 19, 2026) — TiE Boston announced speakers for “The Messy Middle: Where Good Companies Stall,” a featured TiECON East 2026 session on Friday, October 2, 2026.

The session will gather investors, founders, and operators to explore the transition from early traction to sustainable scale. Topics include execution, hiring, organizational design, leadership alignment, and how AI can amplify weaknesses.
