Jung is a Partner in McKinsey’s Boston Office and leads the Firm’s Corporate Business
Functions Practice in North America. She helps private and public sector clients drive
transformational change and boost organizational effectiveness across industries and regions.
Over her more than 13 years with McKinsey, Jung has helped organizations strengthen and
reimagine their people strategies to link talent to value and drive overall growth. She has
partnered with executives across the U.S. and overseas on projects ranging from organizational
health diagnostics to corporate function transformations to human capital strategy efforts. She is passionate about linking talent strategy to business strategy and committed to creating high-
performing organizations that attract and retain top talent.
Jung has a B.A. with honors in biochemical sciences from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from the
Harvard Business School and an M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School
