Rachel currently serves as the President of CIC Health where she leads teams working to slow the spread of COVID-19, re-open our economy with confidence, and enable people everywhere to more safely return to pre-pandemic activities through frequent, low-cost COVID-19 testing and vaccination services. Prior to CIC Health, Rachel served as the Chief Operating Officer at Atrius Health where she was responsible for designing and executing strategies to improve patient access, elevate quality, lower total medical expenditures, and drive growth across all service lines and communities served. Rachel has also served as Vice President of Ambulatory Operations and Program Development at New England Baptist Hospital, Director of Surgical Services Operations and Program Development at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Orthopedic Service Line Administrator at Rush University Medical Center, Administrative Fellow at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and Occupational Therapist at Montefiore Medical Center. She serves on the Board of Directors of ACHE of Massachusetts. She was named a Boston Business Journal 40 Under 40 award winner in 2015 and received the ACHE Regents Award for Early Career Healthcare Executive of the Year in 2012. She holds her MHA from UNC-Chapel Hill and a BS in Occupational Therapy from Elizabethtown College.
