Tushar Katarki

Tushar Katarki is a technology and product executive at Red Hat, where he leads product management for the company’s GenAI foundation model platforms. His work spans model serving and inference optimization, RAG and fine-tuning, and the infrastructure needed to deploy AI models at enterprise scale. He has also been closely involved in Red Hat’s work on agentic AI and llm-d, the company’s open-source distributed inference initiative. A longtime Red Hat leader, Katarki has held product and architecture roles across OpenShift and hybrid-cloud platforms, following earlier positions at Percona, Oracle/Sun Microsystems, Polycom, and Sycamore Networks. He holds an MBA from Babson College and an MS in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo.
