Nicki MacManus

Nicki is an experienced healthcare executive who has worked in operating, product, and strategy roles. She has spent the last nine years at CVS Health working across primary care, chronic disease management, Health Hubs, and Transformation. She was most recently VP of Product in a Kidney Care start-up. In her previous role on the Enterprise Strategy team, she was responsible for external partnerships and growth strategy with the CVS and Aetna leadership teams. On the Enterprise product development team, she designed and implement services to drive adherence in support of complex, chronic patients. Prior to CVS, Nicki worked in the Strategy Consulting Practice at Professor Michael Porter’s national research and advisory organization, the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City, supporting inner city economic development through partnerships with leading health systems and universities. She has international experience consulting at Monitor-Deloitte and Mercer, advising pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods companies on pipeline innovation and market entry strategies. Nicki is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, MBA, and University of Dublin, Trinity College, with a Bachelors in International Business and French.
