Shahidul Mannan

Shahidul Mannan is currently serving as the Chief Data Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health. In this capacity, he is spearheading the development and execution of BSMH's vision and strategy for data-driven digital transformation, overseeing all enterprise data platform, governance, product innovation, and commercialization initiatives. Prior to this, he held the position of Head of Data Engineering and Innovation at Mass General Brigham, where he was responsible for driving the development of next-generation data analytics architecture and platforms for the healthcare digitization and analytics innovation of MGB (formerly Partner's Healthcare). Before joining MGB, Shahidul worked as the Global Head of Big Data and Analytics at Dell EMC, where he oversaw all data assets and played a key role in building the next generation Data Lake and AI-driven analytics capabilities across the enterprise. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Technology and Chief Data Officer at Altisource, where he was responsible for managing all data management, big data, business intelligence, and advanced analytics initiatives, as well as developing Fintech analytics products and services. In addition to his current and previous roles, Shahidul Mannan has also served in Technology Executive leadership positions at Freddie Mac and Bank of America for over a decade. During this time, he played an instrumental role in driving fintech innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the organizations, and was responsible for overseeing various aspects of technology strategy, data management, and analytics.
